PBT-600/500/360 PCBA on-line water-based solvent cleaner
Mainly used in the military industry, aviation, aerospace,
electronics, medical, and automotive products such as new energy, automotive coating, and high-end precision products of many
varieties, large quantities of PCBA board cleaning.
It can effectively clean the SMT/THT PCBA surface after welding residual rosin flux, water-soluble flux, rabbit cleaning type flux/solder paste and other organic and inorganic contaminants.
Features
1.Visualization of the whole process: the cleaning room is equipped with a visual window, the cleaning process is clear, and the automatic mode is: spray cleaning, rinsing and drying the whole process in the cleaning room.
2.The most scientifc nozzle design (patent): adopt the left and right increasing distribution- to improve the cleaning eficiency, up and down dislocation distribution - to completely solve the cleaning blind area.
3.Adjustable nozzle design: impact and spatter of ruler PCBA under the condition of high pressure spray in cleaning, in-tank heating system: greatly improve the cleaning eficiency and shorten the cleaning time.
4.Comprehensive cleaning system: compatible with running water washing or chemical cleaning. the surface residue of water-soluble flux, solder paste and other organic and inorganic pollutants for thorough and effective cleaning.
